Description

Velvet Concrete. ‘Broken Stripe’ design (orange)

Commissioned to enhance the wall surface of the new restaurant. The design incorporates a visual warmth, creating comfort and well being to the users while providing an acoustically soft environment.

Tactility Factory has been a great discovery for The Bar + Grill at James Street South as we have been able to work with great craftswomen in delivering us with a piece of static work which we think of as art meets architecture which has a great warmth and depth. The concrete/velvet paneling adds to the interior of the building and having it up on the walls now makes us realize we could not have achieved this affect with other materials. The team have worked with us in providing a bespoke piece of work which fits in beautifully within the restaurant”. Joanne McKenna – James Street South
